20-7-404. Cooperation of state agencies. (1) The department of public health and human services and the state school for the deaf and blind shall cooperate with the superintendent of public instruction in: (a) assisting school districts in discovering children in need of special education; and (b) carrying out the provisions of Title 52, chapter 2, part 9.
