(1) There is a Montana original governor's mansion account in the state special revenue fund established in 17-2-102. (2) There must be paid into the account money allocated from tours of the mansion. (3) Money in the account is statutorily appropriated, as provided in 17-7-502, to the Montana historical society and may not be used for any purposes other than the improvement, development, and operation of the Montana original governor's mansion.
