§ 23-2-403

23-2-403. Definitions. As used in this part, the following definitions apply: (1) 'Board' means the state parks and recreation board established in 2-15-3406. (2) 'Commission' means the fish and wildlife commission established in 2-15-3402. (3) 'Department' means the department of fish, wildlife, and parks provided for in 2-15-3401. History: En.
