23-5-159. Illegal sale, assignment, lease, or transfer of license -- penalty. A licensee who purposely or knowingly sells, assigns, leases, or transfers a license or permit in violation of 23-5-110 is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable in accordance with 23-5-161. History: En.
