23-5-324. Card room contractor's license -- fee -- submission of contract. (1) It is a misdemeanor for a person to enter into a contract with a licensed operator to operate one or more live card game tables on the operator's premises without obtaining a card room contractor's license from the department. (2) The department shall charge an annual license fee of $150 for issuing or renewing a card room contractor's license. The department shall retain the fee for administrative purposes. (3) The applicant shall submit at the time of application for a card room contractor's license a copy of a proposed lease agreement with a licensed operator. History: En.
