23-5-706. Issuance of permit -- disposition of fee. (1) After review of an application submitted under 23-5-705, the department may issue to the applicant a casino night permit. Only one permit may be issued to the applicant each year. The permit is valid for only one location and is not assignable or transferable. (2) The department shall retain the fee provided for in 23-5-705 for administrative purposes. History: En. Sec. 17, Ch. 647, L. 1991.
