23-7-305. Disclosure of odds. The director shall make adequate disclosure of the odds or payoffs with respect to each state lottery game or sports wager by stating how to find the odds or payoffs in advertisements and by posting how to find the odds or payoffs at each place in which tickets, chances, wagers, or bets are sold.
