§ 27-19-401

27-19-401. Application to dissolve or modify injunction. The party enjoined may apply to the judge who granted the injunction order or to the court in which the action is brought to dissolve or modify the same. The application may be made upon reasonable notice or upon an order to show cause returnable at a specified time or immediately after service thereof. The application must be supported by an affidavit showing that there is not sufficient ground for the injunction to continue or that the scope of the injunction is too broad. History: En.
