27-5-314. Judgment on award -- costs. (1) Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying, or correcting an award, judgment must be entered in conformity with the order and be enforced as any other judgment. Costs of the application and of the proceedings subsequent thereto and disbursements may be awarded by the court. (2) The judgment may be docketed as if rendered in an action. History: En.
