§ 27-5-324

27-5-324. Appeals. (1) An appeal may be taken from: (a) an order denying an application to compel arbitration made under 27-5-115; (b) an order granting an application to stay arbitration made under 27-5-115(2); (c) an order confirming or denying confirmation of an award; (d) an order modifying or correcting an award; (e) an order vacating an award without directing a rehearing; or (f) a judgment entered pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. (2) The appeal must be taken in the manner and to the same extent as from orders or judgments in a civil action in district court. History: En. Sec. 21, Ch. 684, L. 1985.
