§ 3-1-1507

3-1-1507. Disqualification. Each judge shall complete a course of training and education as required by 3-1-1502. Subject to 3-1-1503, failure to obtain a certificate of completion disqualifies the elected or appointed judge from assuming office and creates a vacancy in the office. History: En.
