3-1-1601. District court council -- administration of state funding of district courts. (1) The district court council shall adopt policies and procedures to administer the state-funded district court program as established in 3-5-901. (2) The court administrator appointed under 3-1-701 shall administer the policies and procedures adopted under this section. (3) Money appropriated for the district court program may not be used for any other purpose. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 585, L. 2001.
