3-1-1603. District court council vacancies. (1) In the event that a vacancy on the district court council occurs, the supreme court shall appoint a replacement for the remainder of the term. The replacement must be a member of the same group as the member replaced. (2) Appointments provided for in this section must be made within 30 days of the occurrence of the vacancy. History: En.
