3-20-105. Direct appeal to supreme court. An appeal from a final decision of the asbestos claims judge must be filed directly with the supreme court of Montana in the manner provided by law for appeals from the district court in civil cases. History: En. Sec. 5, Ch. 473, L. 2001.
