§ 3-5-510

3-5-510. Duties relating to jurors and witnesses. The clerk of the district court shall keep a: (1) 'Witness Book', which must contain blank warrants as provided in 3-5-511; and (2) record of the attendance of all jurors and witnesses in criminal actions and compute the amount due them for mileage.
