3-6-203. Salary. The salary of the municipal court judge must be set by ordinance or resolution and is payable monthly by the city treasurer. Actual and necessary expenses for the municipal court judge are expenses, as defined and provided in 2-18-501 through 2-18-503, incurred in the performance of official duties. History: En.
