3-6-301. Clerk of the court -- administrative expenses. The position of municipal court clerk of the court must be established by ordinance. The governing body of the city shall set the salary of the clerk and provide for other necessary expenses that may be incurred in operating the court. History: En. Sec. 6, Ch. 177, L. 1935; re-en.
