30-13-208. Filing of application for renewal of registration of assumed business name -- issuance of certificate. If the secretary of state finds that the application complies with the provisions of this part and that all fees have been paid, the secretary of state shall: (1) endorse on the application the word 'filed' and the date on which the application was filed; (2) file the application in the secretary of state's office; and (3) issue a certificate of renewal to the applicant.
