30-16-202. Information availability. The small business licensing coordination center shall encourage and invite federal and local government agencies to make license and permit information available to applicants through the coordination center. The center shall, where possible, advise applicants of federal and local government agency license and permit requirements. History: En. Sec. 7, Ch. 453, L. 1981.
