30-22-103. Penalty. A salvage metal dealer who violates the provisions of 30-22-102 is guilty of a misdemeanor. Absolute liability, as provided for in 45-2-104, is imposed for a violation of 30-22-102. History: En. Sec. 3, Ch. 316, L. 2009.
