32-1-308. Bylaws. The bylaws must be certified by a majority of the directors and the secretary of the corporation and recorded in the permanent records of the bank. Bylaws must be open to public inspection during office hours. A copy of the bylaws must also be transmitted to the department. History: En. Sec. 13, Ch. 89, L. 1927; re-en.
