32-2-1206. Informal conferences -- time for application. Within 15 days after service of the notice of charges sent pursuant to 32-2-1205, the board member, officer, or other person may request an informal conference to discuss the charges and the possible disposition of the charges without a formal hearing process. The conference must be carried out in accordance with 2-4-603. Upon a proper showing, the department may withdraw charges and proceedings for a cease and desist order. History: En.
