32-2-923. Past-due and doubtful paper. A savings association carrying any bad debt or a debt of doubtful value as an asset shall, upon the request or demand of the department, collect the debt, put in in good bankable condition, or charge it out of its books. History: En. Sec. 64, Ch. 431, L. 2021.
