32-2-954. Application. The provisions of 32-2-950 through 32-2-954 are applicable to all records in existence on February 23, 1951, and to all records originating after that date and apply to all mutual associations organized under the laws of the state and to all federal savings associations located in the state, as far as applicable to the federal savings associations.
