32-7-116. Statement of account. A licensee shall provide a full statement of an escrow account established under an escrow agreement within 14 days of a written request made by a party to the escrow agreement. The statement must state: (1) credits to principal; (2) interest earned for the period; and (3) other information requested. History: En. Sec. 9, Ch. 651, L. 1989.
