32-9-150. Unique identifier for mortgage brokers, mortgage lenders, mortgage servicers, mortgage loan originators, and registered mortgage loan originators. (1) Each licensed mortgage broker, mortgage lender, mortgage servicer, and mortgage loan originator shall post the mortgage broker's, mortgage lender's, mortgage servicer's, or mortgage loan originator's unique identifier in a conspicuous place within the office where the licensee principally transacts business. (2) The department shall provide a link to the consumer access portion of the NMLS on the department's website. (See part compiler's comment regarding contingent suspension.) History: En.
