§ 33-1-229

33-1-229. Exceptions. Unless otherwise permitted, nothing in 33-1-223 through 33-1-229 may be construed to permit marine, inland marine, or transportation insurance policies to cover: (1) storage of an assured's merchandise, except as specifically provided; (2) merchandise in the course of manufacture which is the property of and on the premises of the manufacturer; (3) furniture, fixtures, and improvements to buildings; or (4) money or securities in safes, vaults, safety deposit vaults, or banks or on the assured's premises, except while in the course of transportation.
