33-15-1121. Unfair trade practices. (1) The failure of an insurer to comply with this part constitutes an unfair trade practice under 33-18-1003. (2) Midterm premium increases and policy coverage reductions not in compliance with this part that are attempted or executed constitute unfair trade practices under 33-18-1003. History: En.
