33-17-409. Status of nonresident insurance producers -- biennial renewal of license -- payment of fees. A nonresident insurance producer's license continues in force until lapsed, suspended, revoked, or terminated. The license lapses if the licensee fails to remit a biennial renewal fee. History: En.
