33-18-609. Filing. (1) Insurers that use insurance scores to underwrite or rate risks shall file their scoring models or other scoring processes with the commissioner. A third party may file scoring models on behalf of insurers. (2) A filing relating to credit information is considered a trade secret under the laws of this state. History: En.
