33-20-134. Variable interest rates -- published monthly average defined. For purposes of 33-20-132 through 33-20-136, the 'published monthly average' means: (1) Moody's corporate bond yield average--monthly average corporates, as published by Moody's investors service, incorporated; or (2) in the event that Moody's corporate bond yield average--monthly average corporates is no longer published, a substantially similar average, established by rule of the commissioner.
