§ 33-22-1908

33-22-1908. Enforcement. If the commissioner determines that a health benefit plan does not comply with this part or that a health carrier has not complied with a provision of this part, the commissioner may: (1) recommend a correction plan that must be followed by the health carrier; (2) institute corrective action that must be followed by the health carrier; (3) suspend or revoke the certificate of authority or deny the health carrier's application for a certificate of authority; or (4) use any of the commissioner's enforcement powers to obtain the health carrier's compliance with this part.
