33-23-224. Ownership of data. Recorded data collected, stored, or transmitted by a recording device under a telematics agreement: (1) is personal information as defined in 33-19-104; and (2) may not be used by an insurer or third party named in the telematics agreement for uses other than those disclosed in the telematics agreement.
