§ 33-9-103

33-9-103. Incorporation and regulation. A domestic mutual, stock, or reciprocal insurer, organized for the purpose of transacting insurance business as set forth in 33-9-102, shall organize under the provisions of Title 33 and be regulated as therein provided.
