35-12-603. Statement of cancellation. (1) A dissolved limited partnership that has completed winding up may deliver to the secretary of state for filing a statement of cancellation that states: (a) the name of the limited partnership; (b) the date of filing of its certificate of limited partnership; and (c) the reason for filing the certificate of cancellation; (d) any other information determined by the general partners filing the statement or by a person appointed pursuant to 35-12-1205(3) or (4).
