35-14-501. Registered office and agent -- domestic and registered foreign corporations. (1) Each corporation shall continuously maintain in this state a registered office and a registered agent in compliance with Title 35, chapter 7. (2) As used in this part, 'corporation' means both a domestic corporation and a registered foreign corporation. History: En. Sec. 42, Ch. 271, L. 2019.
