§ 35-15-210

35-15-210. Fees for filing, copying, and services. (1) The secretary of state shall establish by rule fees for filing documents and issuing certificates as required by this chapter. (2) The secretary of state shall establish by rule fees for copying documents, priority handling, transmitting or filing facsimile copies, and providing computer-generated information. (3) The fees prescribed under this section must be reasonably related to the costs of processing the documents and providing the services. The secretary of state shall maintain records sufficient to support the fees established under this section. History: En. Sec. 4, Ch. 109, L. 2001.
