§ 35-18-502

35-18-502. Fees to be charged by secretary of state. (1) The secretary of state shall charge and collect a fee for each of the following: (a) filing articles of incorporation and issuing a certificate of incorporation; (b) filing articles of amendment and issuing a certificate of amendment; (c) filing articles of consolidation or merger and issuing a certificate of consolidation or merger; (d) filing articles of conversion and issuing a certificate of conversion; (e) filing a certificate of election to dissolve and issuing a certificate of election to dissolve; (f) filing articles of dissolution and issuing a certificate of dissolution; and (g) filing a certificate of change of principal office and issuing a certificate of change of principal office.
