35-2-1003. Fees for filing, copying, and services. (1) The secretary of state shall establish fees for the following: (a) filing documents and issuing certificates as required by this chapter; and (b) copying documents, priority handling, transmitting or filing facsimile copies, and providing computer-generated information.
