§ 35-3-102

35-3-102. Applicability. The provisions of this chapter shall apply to corporations sole existing on December 31, 1968, or formed in accordance herewith and the Montana Nonprofit Corporation Act shall apply thereto only when not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. Foreign corporations sole will likewise be governed by the applicable provisions of the Montana Nonprofit Corporation Act when not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter. History: En.
