§ 35-5-205

35-5-205. Taxes and fees. Any business trust created under this chapter or entering this state pursuant to this chapter shall pay the taxes and fees imposed by the laws, ordinances, and regulations of this state and its counties and municipalities on domestic and foreign corporations.
