37-12-323. Reconsideration of board action -- fee for restoration of license. (1) At any time after refusal, suspension, or revocation of license or placement on probation or any other disciplinary action, the board may, on its own motion or on application, reconsider its prior action and reverse, rescind, or modify such action. (2) A person whose license has been revoked and later restored shall pay a fee prescribed by the board for the restoration.
