§ 37-16-101

37-16-101. Declaration of policy. The selling, dispensing, and fitting of hearing aids is hereby declared to affect the public health and welfare and is subject to regulation and control in the public interest. This chapter shall be liberally construed to carry out the objectives and purposes hereinafter described in accordance with this declaration of policy. History: En.
