37-24-201. Organization -- general rulemaking power. (1) The board of occupational therapy practice shall meet annually and elect a presiding officer and a secretary from its members. The board shall hold other meetings when necessary to transact its business. (2) The board may adopt rules for the conduct of its affairs and the administration of this chapter. Rules adopted by the board may include rules that are reasonable or necessary for the proper performance of its duties and the regulation of proceedings before it. History: En.
