37-29-306. Licensing. (1) A denturist license is valid for a period established by department rule. A denturist shall submit proof that the denturist holds a current cardiopulmonary resuscitation card. (2) An application must be submitted on a form furnished by the department. Each application must include all other documentation necessary to establish that the applicant meets the requirements for licensure and is eligible to take the licensure examination.
