§ 37-29-402

37-29-402. Prohibitions. No licensed denturist may: (1) extract or attempt to extract teeth; (2) initially insert immediate dentures in the mouth of the intended wearer; (3) diagnose or treat any abnormalities, except that a licensed denturist may apply tissue conditioning agents; (4) recommend any prescription drug for any oral or medical disease; or (5) construct or fit orthodontic appliances.
