37-36-102. Board duties -- rulemaking. (1) The board shall meet at least twice a year for the purposes provided in Title 37, chapter 1, and this chapter. (2) The board shall adopt rules necessary to implement the provisions of this chapter. History: En. Sec. 3, Ch. 388, L. 2007.
