37-54-516. Alteration of appraisal report. An appraisal management company may not alter, modify, or otherwise change a completed appraisal report submitted by an appraiser unless the alteration is mandated by federal laws, guidelines, or provisions. This section does not apply to the conversion of appraisal reports to data streams required by federal lending agencies. History: En. Sec. 18, Ch. 270, L. 2011.
