37-56-105. Qualification of property manager applicants -- examination -- issuance of license. (1) An applicant for a property manager license must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) have graduated from an accredited high school or completed an equivalent education as determined by the department; (c) apply for licensure to the department; (d) have successfully completed a course of education approved by the department; and (e) have passed an examination prescribed by the department.
