37-65-203. Exclusive licensing jurisdiction -- no additional fee. The board is vested with exclusive jurisdiction to issue licenses for the privilege of practicing architecture. No other state agency or political subdivision of the state, including counties and municipalities, may levy any fee or tax for such privilege. History: En. Sec. 10, Ch. 158, L. 1917; re-en.
